Primary Health Care Appointment Information

** WE ARE CURRENTLY NOT ACCEPTING ANY NEW MEDICAL HEALTH PATIENTS**

New Patient Adult (18+) Appintment (90min) – includes lab draw, referrals, health history, assessment and prescription if needed)

PAP-Only Appointment – Not current patient (30min) – includes pap, breast exam and blood work / rx for women’s health concern.

Prenatal Appointments

Adult Clinic Patients:

   -15min quick acute (1 issue- sore throat, rash, ear infection, chest infection, STI concern, suture / staple removal, ear flush *(prep required) )

   -Routine 30 min Appointment

   -Routine 45min Appointment

   -Routine 60min Appointment

Minor procedures 

   -Moles (excision/ removal , Punch / Shave biopsy)

   -Sutures for laceration

   -Cryotherapy

   -Skin tag removal

   -Cyst drainage/removal

   -Wart treatment

   -Etc.

Time based treatment + equipment fee.

  • Please call for pricing on minor procedures as this will vary depending on equipment needed and number of treatment areas.
  • For Suture appointments with acute lacerations- please call + if possible, send a photo of the cut for review, these will be fit in throughout the day as quickly as possible or redirected as needed depending on severity.

Joint injections (Knee, Shoulder, Elbow, trigger finger, wrist)

Trigger point injections (muscular pain / headaches)

30min Appointment(pricing will vary depending on amount used / if your insurance covers the medication portion through the pharmacy)

Phone appointments

Prescripton Refill – Please Note for prescription refills, this is for current patients only

In home appointments & Lab draws – * Please inquire at reception as prices will vary with client needs/ frequency

Child initial new patient age 0-10 years 45min appt | Follow up’s 30min

Child new patient age 11-17 years 45min appt | Follow up’s 30min

 Child acute 15min  age 0-17 years (1 issue- sore throat, rash, ear infection, chest infection, suture / staple removal etc)

Please note, if your child is a current patient in our clinic before turning 18 they will not be required to register as a new adult patient
